Seven days of the whole product, then one decision. The only day money moves is the eighth, and by then you have had two emails saying so.

Cancel on any of the first seven and you are charged nothing at all. Your audits and reports stay readable either way.

The caps are hard

The trial gives you a fixed number of audits, and it does not refill. That is deliberate: a trial that tops up every month is not a trial, it is a giveaway with an expiry date that never arrives.

The exact number is shown in the dashboard before you start, and it is the same number the system enforces. There is no second figure.

Why the card up front

Because without it the trial gets used and abandoned, and the people who do that are not the people we can help. With it, day 8 is a decision instead of a surprise.

We remind you on day 5 and day 6, before anything is charged. Those two emails are not marketing: they are what Australian Consumer Law expects of a trial that turns into a paid subscription.

Cancelling

From the dashboard, any time, without writing to anybody. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged at all. Your audits and reports stay readable.
