WarrantyWise
You register the job and its warranty. Your customer gets a reminder before it expires — and only if they said yes.
What it does
You register the job, the warranty period and the customer's contact details. Ninety days before it runs out, WarrantyWise reminds them, which is when a small repair is still a small repair.
Nobody is emailed without saying yes twice
You record the consent your customer gave you — when, through which channel, and who wrote it down. Then they receive one email with a single link, and only their click switches the reminders on. Without that click nothing is ever sent, and the check runs again at the moment of sending.
Withdrawing is one click and it sticks
If your customer withdraws, the confirmation is erased with it. There is no switch anywhere that turns it back on without them.
How you switch it on
WarrantyWise is optional and starts switched off. You turn it on from your dashboard, under Add-ons. Turning it on is recorded with the date and who did it, and you can switch it off from the same place.
It is off until you turn it on, and off means nothing is sent.
Why it is worth switching on
A warranty that runs out quietly is a callback you never get. A reminder ninety days out is the difference between a small repair and a new job for somebody else.
